Pottery Classes  

At Little Bach Pottery you will learn the skills required to throw pots on the wheel. Focusing on technique, form & function rather than weekly object making. Classes are suitable for beginner & intermediate Potters. You will receive one on one support and guidance with only 6 students per class.

 

Learn how to wedge, center and throw clay on the wheel, creating cylinders first, then mugs with handles. At the end of the term you will glaze your creations. Return to the pottery for another term and you will learn more advanced forms such as bowls, vases, bottles and more. 

 

Term Fees

$300.00 per 8 week term.

$35 for a 10kg bag of clay. 

Free tool kit & batt hire for your first term.

If you choose to return, took kits & batts are available to purchase.

Glazing and firing fees are calculated by weight at the time of firing.

Intro to Wheel-Throwing Workshop:

This is a 3 hour intro to wheel throwing workshop. The clay has been wedged for you, so just come along and have a go!

Your pottery will be glazed, fired and ready for collection a few weeks later. 

For groups of 4-6 people. 

$140.00 per person, this includes clay, glazing and firing.
